To all our Valued Guest and customers during Covid-19 crisis: The Covid-19 crisis has severely impacted the way we all live our lives.
To help stop the spread we will be following the recommendation from Alberta Health Services; as we take the safety of our guest and employees very seriously and have made these changes going forward: Be aware of signage throughout the park from both alberta.ca/covid19 as well as our own signage for yourself and your family’s safety. Use common sense when within the park. Be fully aware of all social distancing implications. We will offer contact free registration options. Call office at 780-618-1345 One customer in the office at a time keeping the 2 m distance Masks and hand sanitizer are available when upon entering office. Supplies in our convenience store are available for purchase and our friendly staff will gather your items and have them ready for you at our front desk. A no-visitor restriction for all campers, unless they are cohort family. “A cohort family” is a group of close friends whom you are certain have self-isolated themselves, have not recently travelled and do not pose any risk of being infected with COVID-19. The cohort family group must be in agreement to remain committed to self-isolating themselves with one another.” Groups no larger than 15 people. Social and physical distancing of 2 metres or 6 feet is mandatory. We will continue to sell propane and ask our customers to comply with the 2 m physical distance Our Laundry Facility will remain open and ask our customer to be courteous of others and keep 2 m physical distance. Our shower house will remain open to registered guests only. All guests are asked to patiently wait their turns and keep the 2 m physical distance. If applicable, use washroom facilities within one’s RV instead of our facilities to reduce traffic. Our Storage facility will remain opened, our customers have access to the gate from 5 am to 12 midnight 7 days a week. Our maintenance staff continue to clean and disinfect storage units as they come available. We are still accepting Charity items for the Community Charity Storage. Please call our office to make arrangements to drop off your items. U-Haul is open for business to meet the needs of our customers and communities. We have intensified our sanitization of equipment to better protect you and our team members. As the industry leader in moving and self-storage, your health and safety have always come first. Our cleaning staff continues to disinfects and keep our facilities as clean as possible and we urge all our guest and customers to go above and beyond to ensure we all adhere to social distancing and health recommended protocols to stop the spread of COVID-19.
