This temporary, full-time position spans from May 1 to September 15, 2024, and offers a unique opportunity to work in a bustling, dynamic environment. Position Highlights:

  • Role: Customer Service Office Assistant
  • Location: Northern Sunrise County, at the heart of nature’s splendor
  • Duration: Seasonal (May 1 – September 15, 2024)
  • Salary: Competitive wage of $17 to $19 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage reservations for our campground, U-Haul, and storage facilities.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for our guests through various communication channels.
  • Conduct regular audits for the campground and storage facilities to ensure top-notch service.
  • Engage in collection calls with a focus on professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize your creativity to promote our park and storage facility on social media platforms.
  • Extend a warm welcome to guests, enhancing their vacation experience with exceptional service.
  • Handle cash transactions meticulously, along with daily financial reporting.
  • Keep inventory checks up-to-date, ensuring a smooth operational flow.

Who You Are:

  • A high school graduate, college, or university student with a flair for customer service.
  • Previous experience in office settings, showcasing your ability to juggle various tasks efficiently.
  • A social media savvy individual with experience in crafting engaging content.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with technology, especially computer-based point of sale systems, and eager to learn new software.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet our community’s needs.

Our picturesque campground and RV park is looking for a dynamic duo to help ensure our guests have a safe, secure, and memorable stay this summer. If you’re passionate about providing excellent guest service and enjoy working in a beautiful outdoor setting, we’d love to welcome you aboard for an unforgettable adventure.

Position: Work Camp Security and Maintenance Team (Ideal for RVing Couples)

Location: Peace River, AB – A stunning escape into nature’s embrace, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere.

Role Overview: As the heart of our nighttime operations, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the peace and beauty of our grounds. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting security checks and responding to after-hour calls, ensuring a safe environment for all guests.
  • Upholding the cleanliness and order of our RV Park, Cecil Thompson Park, and East Side Storage Grounds.
  • Monitoring RV park and laundry facilities during the evening, addressing any irregular activities.
  • Managing the storage yard and ensuring security measures are in place after office hours.
  • Assisting guests with propane tank refills and deliveries (comprehensive training provided).
  • Enforcing park rules and contributing to a positive, community-oriented atmosphere.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible 3-4 days per week, adapting to the seasonal needs of the RV Park. Expect serene evenings and the opportunity to enjoy your days exploring or relaxing in our beautiful setting.

Employment Conditions:

  • This is a seasonal position, perfect for those looking to spend their summer immersed in nature.
  • Instead of a traditional hourly wage, you’ll be compensated with a prime 30amp RV spot complete with full hookups (Power billed every 28 days at $681.45/month, including Site Fee and GST).
